NWX is the first phase of the Old Oak Park Royal Development Corporation;s (OPDC) regeneration of over 650 hectares, the largest urban regeneration project in Europe.
The development will be less than 100 meters from the new HS2 and Crossrail Station and comprises over 650 new homes and over 50,000 sq ft of Class E space available to let.
